Gin with Heligoland seawater: Anna's Art Gin
Anna's Art Gin is a true masterpiece and a tribute to the uniqueness of Helgoland. Made with real Helgoland seawater, this gin offers an incomparable taste experience. In collaboration with the popstreet.store gallery, a label was created based on an original spray painting by the artist MicArt63, capturing the artistic spirit of the island.
The taste of Annas Art Gin starts with a mild sweetness and subtle notes of woodruff, reminiscent of a walk through the dunes of Heligoland. A slight spiciness develops in the middle, accompanied by strong herbal notes that give the gin depth and complexity. The finale is a delicately tart juniper aroma, rounded off with a tingling salt note reminiscent of a fresh sea breeze. This gin is not only a delight for the palate, but also a visual highlight at any bar.
The Nordic one: Helgoland Aquavit
Helgoland Aquavit is an exclusive specialty that is only available on Helgoland or in our online store. It matures for around 6-8 weeks in red wine barrels, which gives it its particularly mild yet complex flavor. This special maturing process ensures a soft, harmonious taste, which is characterized by subtle nuances of spices and herbs.
