In contrast to the bottle filling, you can keep the wine without cooling after opening up to six weeks. The advantage is that the wine is not in contact with the BAG-IN box system.
hardy's, varietal range, Cabernet Sauvignon, dry, red.1850 sailed Thomas Hardy from England to Australia. Already three years later, he planted his first vineyard on the shores of the River Torres in Adelaide and thus marked the foundation for one of the most famous and oldest Australian wine dynasties: Hardys. More than 160 years later, Bill Hardy in the 5th generation as a winemaker and ambassadors continues this passionate wine history. Hardys won more than 2800 awards for excellent wines over the past decade - from Down Under.
The bouquet is rich in aromas of blackberries, plums and dark berries, underpin by nutmeg and carnation and a touch of spicy oak barrels. Taste here are blackberries, dark cherries, licorice and spices concise. The fruit character is well balanced with vigorously high notes and the vanillin and spicy barrique. Ripe, persistent tannin is noticeable and corresponds to the Cabernet style.
