The Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut is one of the best-known and most prestigious champagnes in the world. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., this exquisite cuvée is offered in a 0.75-liter bottle and stands for outstanding quality and craftsmanship from the house of Bollinger, which has been synonymous with luxury and elegance since 1829. The Special Cuvée is Bollinger's flagship and impresses with its fine bubbles and golden color. The careful blend of predominantly Pinot Noir (60%), supplemented by Chardonnay (25%) and Meunier (15%), gives the champagne its unmistakable structure and depth.

Aromas of ripe fruit such as apples and pears unfold on the nose, accompanied by toasted aromas, honey and a hint of spice. On the palate, the Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut impresses with a harmonious balance between freshness, liveliness and creaminess. The finish is long-lasting and elegant, characterized by mineral and nutty notes.
