The malt whiskey from Ireland is one of the most popular types of whiskey worldwide and is a whiskey that stands for pure enjoyment and that can develop its full aroma through traditional production without peat drying. Classic Irish whiskey is allowed to mature in fine sherry barrels, what ensures that the 3-fold distilled whiskey reaches even more depth.
Due to the high grain content and the sherry barrels used, Paddy is one of the softest Irish whiskeys. The typical grain whiskey can be clearly felt in the finish. Mildly spicy with light fruity notes and some residual sweetness.
