Lagavulin is a whiskey distillery in Lagavulin on the Scottish Hebridean island of Islay. The distillery belongs to the spirits group Diageo.
A much sought-after single malt with powerful peat smoke, as is typical for southern Islay - but which also offers a dryness that makes it a really interesting sip. An intense, smoky-sweet single malt with seaweed aromas and a huge finish, aged in oak barrels for at least 16 years.
Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle yet powerful sweetness, then gives way to notes of sea and salt with hints of wood.

Super Whisky für alle die es rauchig und wild mögen!
Für mich einer der 10 Besten Whisky ich mag's rauchig. Schade gibts den nicht in der 1 Liter Flasche. Der Preis ist ist relativ hoch. einfach 20€ zu Teuer.
