We process selected fruits and flowers, hand-picked in the orchards of the Lake Constance region, into delicious liqueurs according to tried and tested family recipes. The high fruit juice content makes them a particularly intense experience for the nose and palate.

That's why we love and appreciate quince, dozens of aromatic varieties of which thrive magnificently around Lake Constance. They grow on meadow orchards and in the gardens of lovers of old fruit varieties. The fully ripe quinces are hand-picked and checked for quality at our fruit farm. We only use healthy fruit for our quince liqueur. We wash the fruit with great care and remove the velvety fuzz. We then remove the bitter seeds and press the fruit pulp into a tasty quince juice. Our master liqueur makers mix the specially produced quince juice with the finest distillate to create a delicious quince liqueur.
