Pimms No1 is a liqueur on gin base with fruits and spices. James Pimm invented the drink in 1823 to make him out of his London restaurant, and rapidly spread his popularity. Even today, he is produced according to the original recipe, whose secret is held by the corporate tip of PIMM's.
Pimms is a fruity gin with a slightly spicy note.
