Jägermeister is a herbal liqueur, which is made and bottled in the Lower Saxony Wolfenbüttel. Jägermeister is the world's most successful liqueur brand. It is made with 56 herbs, fruits, roots and spices, including citrus bowls, licorice, anise, poppy saffron, ginger, juniper berries and ginseng. These ingredients are ground and then soaked two to three days in water and alcohol. Subsequently, this mixture is filtered and stored in oak barrels for about a year.
