The cherries used mature in sun-drenched cherry growing areas, specially selected sour cherries with intense fruitiness and unmistakable cherry aroma are used. The cherries come from Rheinhessen and are only harvested when they almost fall from the stalk. the cherry juice concentrate, made of fresh full-mature sour cherries, is diluted with recycled drinking water, alcohol and sugar and gets its unmistakable taste and freshness with the noble fiery-gentle touch.
