On the edge of the Austrian shore of Lake Constance, in an area with a strong orchard, apples, pears, plums, cherries, apricots, quinces and other fruit and fruit varieties with a distinct varietal character ripen under special climatic conditions. Since 1886, they have been using these treasures of nature to produce distillates of the highest fruit enjoyment. What began as a farm with an inn developed over the years into a cooperage and cidery and finally culminated in today's Verschluss-Fein distillery.Our game liqueurs are a particularly fruity experience. This is mainly due to the high fruit juice content of the individual varieties. We press naturally ripe fruit into juice directly after harvesting. In combination with our fine distillates, this results in our delicious game liqueurs with their fruity, fresh taste. And they are not just delicious on their own.
