The brandy is made in the Pircher distillery in Lana in South Tyrol near Merano. The quality is very important.
This delicate, typical brandy of a special kind is made from hand-picked, fully ripe Williams pears. Every production step, from strict selection to careful distillation to storage, is carried out using traditional methods, thus creating this first-class brandy.
