Foam and fruit gums and licorice specialties in endless abundance offers the brand Katjes from Emmerich in Germany. In 1960, the inventors first cooked the spicy-soft Katjes cats paws. It took them quite some time to gather the selected ingredients and figure out the right momentum for stirring, but it was worth it! Having found probably the best combination of spicy-sweet licorice and soft consistency makes the inventors proud. They are especially proud of the fact that these little round delicacies are now made entirely without animal gelatin.
Ingredients:
Sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch, glucose-fructose syrup, 8.5% licorice juice, brown sugar syrup, flavors, herbal extracts, vegetable oil (sunflower), coating agents: beeswax, white and yellow.
