Every drop that flows into a bottle of Courvoisier is a collective effort. The close knit community of artisans in Jarnac, France plays an essential role in making it the most award-winning cognac house. Courvoisier pays great attention to the quality that is delivered at every stage of the manufacturing process. Cognac can only be made from Colombard, Folle Blanche or Ugni Blanc grapes. However, Courvoisier mainly works with the top four: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fins Bois. All cognacs from the house must be at least two and a half years old and become more and more complex and supple with age.

This cognac develops its distinctive fruity note in new French oak barrels. Its aromatic complexity then matures in traditional cognac barrels until it is finally mixed in old wooden barrels by a master hand.

Due to the storage in old wooden barrels, this exclusive blend develops its incomparably lush and complex character, harmoniously accompanied by fine floral notes.
