Asbach Uralt is the brand name of the oldest German brandy, named after the company founder Hugo Asbach, who founded an "export company for German cognac" in Rüdesheim am Rhein in 1892. After several company sales, Asbach GmbH is now a subsidiary of Semper idem Underberg AG.
Matured for Asbach for 12 years, the master distiller has opened his treasure trove with the finest old distillates.
The multiple distillation, the 12-year maturation - first in barrels made of Limousine oak, later in barrels from German Einche - and the secret Asbach maturation and refinement process make this masterpiece an incomparable rarity.

Wenn einem also Gutes widerfährt, ist das schon einen Asbach Uralt wert.
Ein außergewöhnlicher Brand, den Asbach hier kreiert hat. Vollendet in jeder Hinsicht. Weit entfernt vom leicht seifigen, mitunter sogar kratzigen Abgang französischer Brände, glänzt dieser 12 Jahre alte Spezialbrand mit sehr feinen, ausgewogenen Geschmacksnoten. Ein absolutes Highlight als Abschluß eines gelungenen Festmahls.
