The exciting and intense character of Ron Sostenible Cognac Cask 12y, a dark and exciting addition to the conscious Ron Sostenible range, begins its journey for 11 years in bourbon casks and then matures for a further 1 year in cognac casks, giving it a delicious rounding off and flavorful elements.
An incredibly aromatic rum with the perfect balance of sweetness and complexity. On the palate you can recognize figs, dates and raisins as well as caramel, vanilla, orange peel and spicy oak.
