With its smooth and subtle qualities, this whiskey is the perfect introduction to Irish whiskey. It was matured in Kentucky Bourbon casks.
The palate is grassy and fresh with apple and malt aromas and a hint of various spices. The maturation in former Kentucky bourbon gives it a touch of honey with a soft caramel finish.
