This whisky is matured in Australian casks. This is the very first whisky matured in Australian Apera casks. Produced using the traditional solera method, there is still a hint of the very first cask in every bottle.It offers a rich blend of figs and caramel with a lingering dry spice. Aromas of orchard and bright tropical fruits with hints of caramel and vanilla rise to the nose. On the tongue, the whisky has a full body - toasted caramel, crème brûlée, banana, dried fruit and sweet spices. This whisky has a great flavor profile to offer.
