In cooperation with the marine conservation organization "Sea Shepherd", an Islay Single Malt Scotch was produced from an unknown distillery. A portion of the sale of Islay Single Malt Sea Shepherd goes directly to the organization.
The whiskey was allowed to mature in a bourbon cask. This whiskey has a wonderfully clear smoky note and is also maritime-salty and spicy. You also notice fresh citrus fruits and a slight sweetness on the palate and in the nose. These notes are joined by light notes of noise, followed by notes of dark chocolate and mocha.
