On the rocks, better said in the mountains Guatemalas at 2300 altitude meters, the transformation process takes place, which makes a brown rum with character and mature from a fresh sugar cane syrup distillate.
This rum is characterized by a perfect balance of various taste notes that can be combined excellently with citrus and bitter, salty and sweet flavors.
In addition to fruity nuances like apricots and figs, nutty aspects and almonds are quickly acidified quickly and in a pleasant way, before putting a harmonious final chord in the long-lasting outlet of roasted cocoa and memory of the wood barrels.
Ron Botran Solera in 1893 is a 18-year-old rum. He received 18-year storage in Systema Solera and the finish in former sherry barrels.
Therefore, this rum has many facets of nuts, cocoa, caramel & dried fruits. He is very soft and oily, spicy and mild.
