This rum from the Caribbean (Dominican Republic) is bottled by Götene Vin & Spritfabrik from Sweden. The company had this rum bottled because of the music group "Motörhead", which was founded in England in 1975 and has achieved legendary status around the world with hard rock.
This special and exotic "Motörhead Rum" is made in the Dominican Republic and is based on the typical molasses rum. The rum is allowed to mature in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak using the Solera system. The rums used are no more than eight years old.
Notes of nuts, dried fruits, brown sugar, vanilla and dark chocolate are noticeable on the nose and on the palate.
