Scottish Speyside Mortlach Distillery was established in 1823, making it Speyside's first legal distillery. It produces an incredibly complex single malt whiskey in an unusual way with a 2.8-fold distillation.

Themed 'Spirited Xchange', this year's bottlings represent cross-cultural collaboration with a range of single malt expressions inspired by countries from around the world.

A malt of impressive impact; a mischievous flash of umami cuts through the savory sweetness. Bottled in a combination of ex-Kanosuke Japanese whisky and ex-Pinot Noir casks, which gives it its extraordinary variety of flavors.

Aromas of ripe melon and pear rise to the nose. On the palate it is dry, spicy, zesty and has a balanced sweetness combined with a clear freshness component.
