maredsoy is hidden in the Molignée valley, Belgium. Thanks to the very diverse nature, it is an ideal area. There are forests, wet meadows, limestone hill, bocage landscapes and natural sources. The area around Maredsous is one of the few areas spared urbanization, industrial and agricultural pollution and intensive land use. Taste is predominantly very spicy and woody.
