The 14 selected botanicals from local cultivation are handcrafted and distilled with attention to detail to the Knut Hansen Gin. An unmistakable mixture of juniper, basil, cucumber and oldland apple makes this gin very special.
In the nose, floral and fruity notes of juniper fragrance, cucumber, basil, herbs rise. On the palate he is peppery and spicy, but is accompanied by a light sweetness of apples.
