The production of Kinobi Gin is done by the Kyoto Distillery, Japan. It is based in the city of the same name and operates according to the motto "Inspired by Tradition". This gin is prepared on the basis of traditional sake and refined with Japanese botanicals.
Base, citrus, tea, herbs, spices and flowers are distilled individually according to your needs and perfectly balanced.
In this gin, botanicals like hinoki wood, gyokuro tea, yuzu root and green sansho peppercorns are added to the obligatory juniper.
This gives the gin its elegant taste.
This is a fruity gin with notes of yuzu, lemon, juniper berry, iris, akamatsu, ginger and bamboo leaves.
