The Hearach is the first individually distilled whisky from the Isle of Harris, a tiny island off the north-west coast of Scotland.
The Hearach is fully matured in ex-bourbon, odoroso and fine sherry casks. On the nose, the delicate, peat-based notes are surrounded by an aroma of roasted malt. A symphony of pleasant smells that arise from the taste of homemade apple sauce, candied ginger and sweet, pleasant vanilla and honey.
