The Highland Park Distillery is a whiskey distillery in Kirkwall on the Orkney Isle of Mainland Scotland, United Kingdom. It is the northernmost whiskey distillery in Scotland. The distillery has a wide variety of bottlings. All are slightly sweet with notes of heather , Peat, sea air and honey.

Highland Park Triskelion is an exceptional single malt whisky produced by the renowned Highland Park distillery on the Orkney Islands in Scotland. This limited edition bottling was created by three Master Whisky Makers - Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay - which is reflected in the name “Triskelion”, a Celtic symbol with three spirals, representing strength and dynamism. 

 Highland Park Triskelion has been created from a carefully selected combination of oak casks, including first-fill American and European oak sherry casks, first-fill bourbon casks and refill casks. This combination of casks gives the whisky a complex and multi-layered aroma structure.

 On the nose, Triskelion has a rich aroma of dried fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and a light smokiness that is typical of Highland Park. A complex blend of sweet and spicy notes unfolds on the palate: Heather honey, dark chocolate, ripe cherries and a hint of maritime brine. The characteristic smokiness is subtly integrated and gives the whisky depth and character. The finish is long-lasting, soft and balanced, with notes of roasted spices and oak.
