This whiskey has been allowed to mature in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-mizunara casks. This "Hibiki Japanese Harmony Masters Select" is a unique and special blend of Japanese nature and Japanese craftsmanship.
Notes of roses, lychees and a hint of rosemary fill the air. In addition, there are notes of wood and aromas of sandalwood. On the palate one perceives a sweet, fruity note of honey, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is soft with a hint of cinnamon.
