Gin Sea London Dry Gin comes from Spain, in one of the oldest distilleries in the Basque Country in northern Spain.
The special thing about this gin is that it is five times distilled grain, distilled with 10 botanicals. The botanicals used are juniper berries, cardamom, coriander seed, licorice, thyme, peppermint, chamomile, lemon peel, orange peel and bitter orange peel.
Gentle aromas of juniper, citrus fruits and lavender fill the air. The slightly spicy notes of curry and ginger can also be recognized. Sweetness of ginger, candied fruit, cinnamon and mint is noticeable on the palate. One also perceives notes of juniper, lavender and sweet banana. The finish is light and mild.
