FABLE Whiskey is based on the art of storytelling, animation and illustration. Independent whiskey bottlers, including England's Craigton Packaging, buy casks from distilleries and then bottle the whiskey themselves. They experiment with different maturation times until they create their perfect whiskey and then bottle it.
Carefully selected combinations of casks come together to create a unique range of blended malts. Each release is uniquely batch driven and a combination of malts, including the single malt whiskeys drawn from the chapters of The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay.
Aromas of peach and tropical fruits - especially pineapple - and aromas of green apples, buttered toast and cinnamon fill the air. On the palate it has intense notes of vanilla and toasted malt, with spicy wood and honey allspice. On the finish one perceives notes of sweet apples, honey, coconut and vanilla.
