This is a true premium rum from Williams & Humbert. The bodega was founded in Jerez in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, a connoisseur and admirer of Jerez products, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international economic relations. Today the bodega is one of the most prestigious producers worldwide.

This "Dos Maderas Rum Atlantic Edition" is a blend of 5-year-old rum from Guyana and 5-year-old rum from Barbados. This blend is then shipped to the bodega in Jerez, southern Spain, where it matures for a further year in old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Aromas of cookies, intense notes of oak and spices, vanilla, honey, caramel and roasted nuts rise to the nose. It is perfectly balanced. On the palate, it is elegant, silky and smooth, with notes of oak and spices, vanilla, honey, caramel and roasted nuts. It has a slight aftertaste of raisins, which comes from the maturation in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
