In the state of Jalisco in Mexico, the distillery Don Julio was founded in 1942 by Julio González Estrada. Agaves grow in the heights of the state and are the basis of this tequilas.
Don Julio Tequila is a very balanced Premium Tequila. After seven to ten years, the Agavenherzen are harvested by hand and processed in the distillery in the gentle procedure and with a lot of craft skill for this excellent tequila.
Don Julio Reposado matures at least 8 months in American white oak barrels that create a soft, elegant taste. He is a perfect, barrel tequila in the barrel.
In the nose, slight citrus and spice notes rise, accompanied by notes of ripe stone fruit. On the palate you take notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, some cinnamon and honey true. The finish is long and supple.
