Rum Diplomatico is made in Venezuela by an independent and highly interesting distiller, the most talented in the country, Licoreras Unidas. This distillery is over 100 years old.
This Rum Selección de Familia is a blend specially created by the Diplomático Rum Masters. Matured in old bourbon and sherry casks, this rum is made from 90% sugar cane honey.
Its complex and perfectly aromatic profile is the perfect evolution of Reserva Exclusiva. Aromas of red fruits, vanilla beans, honey and old oak are perceived on the nose. On the palate, the rum is very round and complex. Notes of plum, toffee and honey are also very present here.
