Rum Diplomatico is manufactured in Venezuela from an independent and highly interesting distiller, the most gifted of the country, Licoreras Unidas. This distillery is over 100 years old.
The Distillery Collection is a limited edition. Made from the finest sugar cane honey, Distillery Collection N°1 is aged in oak casks previously used for aging Bourbon and Scotch Whiskey and is still distilled in the traditional steam kettle. This manufacturing process gives the whiskey a perfectly balanced variety of aromas.
Fruity nuances fill the air, paired with vanilla and wood. On the palate it has a perfect balance between woody hints and fruity notes. Fruity aromas of cherries, strawberries and bananas are present here. The finish is smooth and sweet.
