A new iteration of the legendary Black Bush, 80/20 is a unique blend of Bushmills single malt finished in the finest hand selected Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and Irish grain whiskey. This is a blended Irish whiskey composed of 80% sherry-aged single malt whiskey, partially aged in Pedro Ximénez casks and 20% grain whiskey distilled in small batches. Aging in PX casks gives the whiskey the rich, dried fruit and caramelized raisin notes that are characteristic of the legendary sweet wine.
