Blossom, high quality and authentic Geneva, inspired by the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park and the blossoming of the fields. It is produced in Alcoy (Alicante) using the artisanal method. It is distilled in small batches of 250 liters in a traditional copper still. It is made with high quality Spanish grain alcohol. Blossom Ecological is distilled 4 times to offer fresh and intense flavors.
17 carefully selected plants are used for Blossom Ecological, inspired by the Sierra de Mariola. It benefits from the weather advantages of the Costa Blanca region. It delicately expresses the flowering of the Mediterranean landscapes.
Fine and balanced, with floral and citrus notes and an elegant hint of juniper. Gently floral, with subtle herbaceous notes on the palate.
