The aviation gin is made by the distillery House of Spirits in the West Coast State Oregon. This gin shows clearly that high-quality gin is not only produced in England. As a reminder of the guns of the famous American prohibition, the Aviation Gin is a modern classic of the American Gin scene.
In the nose, the known juniper berries are rising directly, which are common for a gin. On the palate you take notes of cardamom, coriander and anise as well as a touch of lavender. The finish is light and spicy.
