Appleton Estate maintains sugarcane plantations and distillery in Jamaica (in the middle of the Nassau Valley) in which since 1749 is produced around.

About 12 years, the amber spirit, a hand-blended mixture of different rum varieties matures, in white oak barrels, which give him a complex and yet finely balanced aroma.

His aroma is very complex and well balanced, as the honing events harmonize with the spices. These tones are accompanied by dried fruit and even a touch of tobacco is felt. The palate is spoiled by this spirit with chocolate and sweet fruits. Dry oak and a little muscat give the necessary base for this rum balanced
