Whisky

Whisky is a spirit produced by distilling fermented grain mash. The most commonly used types of grain include barley, corn, rye and wheat. Whisky is matured in wooden barrels, usually made of oak, which gives it its characteristic taste and color. There are many different types of whisky, including Scotch, Bourbon, Rye and Irish, which differ in origin, production method and ingredients used. Depending on the region and production method, whisky can have a diverse flavor profile, ranging from fruity and mild to smoky and spicy.

Whisky Sour

A classic cocktail made with whisky, lemon juice and sugar, sometimes enriched with egg white to create a velvety texture. Whisky Sour is traditionally served over ice and can be enhanced with flavors such as Angostura Bitter.
