Payment methods


At the Onlineshop Helgoland you have the following payment options:

PayPal

We only accept advance payment via PayPal, payment in installments or payment after receipt of goods is not possible. You will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment processing. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and make the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and confirm the payment.

Important: The PayPal terms of use prohibit all merchants from using this payment method for tobacco goods and all Cuban products. If there is only one of these items in the shopping cart in your entire order, the "PayPal" payment method is not possible.

Paid in advance

If you select the prepayment payment method, you will receive an e-mail from us with our bank details after completing your order. You then have 14 days to transfer the amount. As soon as we have received your payment, we will deliver the goods.

Credit/Debit Card

We only accept payment in advance by credit/debit card, payment in installments or payment after receipt of goods is not possible. When paying by credit or debit card, enter your credit card details in the input mask of the online store. The payment is processed securely via our payment service provider “Wallee”.

Tobacco products, vaporizers, e-cigarettes, liquids, nicotine gels and similar products paid with credit card are delivered exclusively within the EU and Switzerland. If you have chosen a delivery country outside the EU/Switzerland and there is only one of these items in your shopping cart in your entire order, the payment method "credit card" is not possible. The terms of use of our credit card contract partner, prohibits the provision of Cuban tobacco products to the USA.
