Ginarte - as the name suggests, this gin is an ode to the wonders that only art can evoke. For this reason, some of the botanicals used are selected from plants that have a special connection to art and from which paints were made in the Middle Ages.

It is a gin made with artisanal care. Distilled from wild juniper berries that only grow on the slopes of the Apennines in Tuscany. Their remarkable aromatic properties give life to a truly unique taste. Plant components such as wild celery, lavender, hibiscus, elderflower, pine buds, mountain pine, and pine needles, among others, are plants that were used in the Middle Ages to make pigments for the paints used by painters and sculptors.
Plants like calamint, once used to make a green dye, and indigo, famous for the deep blue tones used by Piero della Francesca. There are also plants and flowers that, thanks to their particular properties, give Ginarte a unique and seductive taste.
Notes of juniper, fresh aromas of mint, elderflower, woody to woody hints and a clear spicy note rise into the nose. Floral, flowery notes are perceived on the palate. The sweet, spicy notes of mint, juniper, pepper and slightly floral notes are also noticeable. The finish is long.
